BUDGET

The participant fee includes accomodation, three meals, beverage & snacks, transportation, training venues and other extra fees for activities.

However, it does not include fight tickets (from and to Hanoi), fee for visa, traveling insurance and other personal expenses out of the training program.

The fee for each participant:

1. Mentor (25+): 150 USD or 3,300,000 VND

2. Participants (16-24 years old) in developed countries: 150 USD or 3,300,000 VND

3. Participants (16-24 years old) in developing countries: 130 USD or 2,860,000 VND

Note:

- These participant fees are fixed

- During the training program, The Account Balance report is going to be created by both participants and mentors.

In the end of the training program, the report of the expenditure budget was presented by Stacie Tan, a Singaporean mentor. 

After the training, we saved 230 USD funded by Mr Greg Lopez and 300 USD funded by Mr Stefan Gigacz.

All of the participants of the training 2016 voted to transfer this money (530 USD) to YPD 2017 Karen.
